**CalvinX**, also known as **Calvin** or **CalvinX2**, is a former [[civics:melonia:mp|Member of Parliament]] for the district of Deajginia, the former judge of the Magnate Courthouse, and the current [[civics:melonia:pm|Prime Minister]] of the [[civics:melonia|Republic of Melonia]]. Calvin ran unopposed for the Deajginia district during the February 15, 2023 election. His campaign during that election led him to form the [[parties:cbp|CalvinBall Party]] along with [[civics:melonia:pm|Prime Minister]] [[officials:awedball|awedball]]. However, during the April 15, 2023 election, Calvin did not win re-election, ending his M.P. term.
Calvin also served as the judge presiding over the case of //Republic of Melonia v. SNHK//, a criminal case arising from [[officials:snhk|SNHK's]] attempt to assassinate the [[civics:melonia:pm|Prime MInister]] at the time, [[officials:tz_scion|tz_scion]]. The defendant, SNHK, pleaded guilty to all charges levied by the Republic, and Calvin ended up deciding his sentence.
After this landmark court case, on May 16, 2023, [[civics:melonia:president|President]] [[officials:therandommelon|Michael Webb]] nominated Calvin to become the full-time judge of the Magnate Courthouse on 2 Capitol Drive in Downtown. [[civics:melonia:parliament|Parliament]] voted unanimously to confirm him as a judge. He served on the court for about a month. He then relinquished his position as Judge when accepting the nomination from President Scion to become Prime Ministe. This was done to abide by a clause in the Melonian Constitution that prevents judges from holding the position of Prime Minister.
[[civics:melonia:president|President]] [[officials:tz_scion|Scion]] chose Calvin to become his first Prime Minister right after his election on June 15, 2023. Parliament voted unanimously to adopt Calvin as PM.

Calvin co-wrote the Farm Registration Act with Speaker of Parliament tz_scion. The Farm Registration Act establishes the registration of automatic farms in Melonia and allows citizens to know exactly what farms exist in Melonia.
==== Tenure as Judge of the Magnate Courthouse (May 16, 2023-June 15, 2023) ====
Before he was confirmed as the full-time judge of the Magnate Courthouse, Calvin served as the judge in the landmark case //Republic of Melonia v. Calvin also oversaw the proceedings of CRIM-3: //Republic of Melonia v. Mexican3636//, where the Republic alleges 23 charges against Mexican3636 regarding arson, destroying signs, and stealing items from various chests.

As Prime Minister, Calvin is spearheading "Project Walmart", a project with the aim of constructing a public villager trading hall with 252 villagers to reduce the amount of time needed for players to get to a high level of gear. It is being constructed on 2 Park Street. There will be 18 villagers per profession, with 36 librarian villagers.
