This general election took place on February 15, 2023 and it contained the first opponent to the presidential election. This election also contained a race for the Speaker of Parliament spot and it was the first time in Melonian history that there would be 3 Members of Parliament.

TheRandomMelon ran as president again originally with SNHK as Prime Minister. However, due to an assassination attempt on Speaker of Parliament candidate tz_scion, he was removed as Michael's Prime Minister candidate. SNHK would be replaced with Minister of Science awedball. This election marks the first time that there was an opponent to the Presidential seat, as a former Najtraunas Governor, Legate, would try to win the election with her Prime Minister candidate as Tava. Despite the challenger in the Presidential race, Michael Webb won re-election.

Member of Parliament tz_scion challenged incumbent lainuel to the Speaker of Parliament position. tz_scion was able to become the Speaker of Parliament, despite a really close election.

All of the Members of Parliament won as there was no opposition in any of the Member of Parliament races. There were two new candidates running for the Member of Parliament seat this election, new citizen CalvinX2 and former Minister of Architecture IsoKamikaze. Member of Parliament cstro216 also ran for re-election
