Blake, also known by his username blake0201, is the current Minister (formerly “Secretary”) of City Planning of the City of Melonia. He was appointed to the position by President (at the time "Mayor") Michael Webb, who created the position to make city planning easier. He joined the Melonian Representative Party on July 1, 2022.

Blake has overseen the building of several buildings in Melonia, such as the former government house, the Amogus House. He has also built his own house and helped build the Amogus House.

Blake also has advised the Mayor and the Senate on a couple of city planning issues, such as the creation of a majority of the current streets. Most notably, he advised on and managed the situation that called the first Senate Emergency Meeting, Mexican3636’s river farm. The farm took up the entire length of the river, preventing boats from accessing the other side. Blake proposed and completed the removal of three blocks in the center of the farm to free up space.

Blake assisted with tours given to Taladosian officials on May 31 and June 1, 2022. He has also engaged in talks with Taladosian officials.

Blake plans to build a bigger and better railway system that not only travels inside of the City of Melonia, but also to Interstate 69, Bell Town (an unincorporated village), and beyond.

Blake has built his own house, located on 6 Main Street.
