cstro, also known by his usernames cstro216 and cstro570, is a current Member of Parliament (formerly named Senator) in the Republic of Melonia. He was previously the Member of Parliament for Expansia, Avaria, and Sautia, until those district, and districts overall, were abolished by new district maps or constitutional amendments. He was originally elected to the Expansia district Senator position in the City of Melonia after running unopposed on May 30, 2022. He was re-elected unopposed on June 15, 2022. The same happened on July 15, 2022. He was again unopposed on August 15, 2022, this time for Avaria. The district map changed yet again for the February 15, 2023 election, but cstro remained unopposed in his new district of Sautia. Once districts were abolished as a formality in Constitutional Amendment V, cstro was re-elected in the April 15, 2023 election.

cstro started his tenure as a Senator (now M.P.) by helping to pass the first 6 laws in Melonia history. He did not write or co-write any bills during his first term as Senator.

cstro has approved the establishment of diplomatic relations with the Kingdom of Taladosia.

During his second term as Senator, cstro finally wrote his first bill, albeit co-writing it with former Senator Scion. The Flag Code established how the Melonian flag was made, and how it and other flags should be displayed in the city. Alternative flags, for example, should have a Melonian flag flying next to it, preferably bigger than the alternative flag. Embassies are exempt from this law.

cstro's future plans for the Republic of Melonia are not currently known, as he has not publicly established any future or present goals.

cstro, along with President Michael Webb and Minister Scion, founded the Melonian Representative Party on June 29, 2022. The party's description is as follows: “The Melonian Representative Party is a political party that aims to lead the City of Melonia to its deserved glory. We are pro-Constitution, pro-democracy and aim to keep Melonia as a representative democracy. We aim to expand Melonian progress, infrastructure, and culture throughout the server. We also aim to keep Melonia as one whole city instead of sectioned off areas based on culture.”

cstro has built his own house, located on 1 Main Street in the Downtown borough. That address was given to him after he built right at the start of Main Street in Melonia's early days. He owns a shop in Haigdin called Maroon's. He has also built a public gunpowder farm in Agronia and a public mine in Sjafardyn. cstro founded the Melonian Mixed Martial Arts Association, which is the first sports league in Melonia.
